মুক্তিযুদ্ধ বিষয়ে উইকিপিডিয়া ও অন্যত্র লিখতে গিয়ে তথ্যসূত্র প্রদান করতে গিয়ে উপলব্ধি করি, এই সংক্রান্ত একটি bibliography বা গ্রন্থপঞ্জির বড়ই অভাব। এই জন্য আজ আপনাদের সবার সাহায্য চাইছি, এই পোস্টের মন্তব্যের পাতায় আপনার জানা/পড়া বইয়ের পাতাসহ রেফারেন্স টানুন।
আমি মূলত কয়েক ধরনের রেফারেন্স চাই ... বই (একাডেমিক প্রকাশনা হলে আরো ভালো), রিসার্চ পেপার, আন্তর্জাতিক খ্যাতিসম্পন্ন পত্রিকায় প্রকাশিত খবরের তারিখ সহ রেফারেন্স, ইত্যাদি। ইদানিং শর্মিলা বোস সহ ভাড়াটে বুদ্ধিজীবীরা একটু তৎপর ... উইকিপিডিয়া সহ অন্যত্র এদের এবং জামাতী/শিবিরিয় আদি-নব্য রাজাকারদের ঠেকাতে আমাদের দরকার মুক্তিযুদ্ধ, বুদ্ধিজীবী হত্যা, গণহত্যা, এসবের ব্যাপারে কেবল আবেগ নয়, বরং solid রেফারেন্স সহ তথ্য দুনিয়ার কাছে তুলে ধরা।

দেশ স্বাধীন হবার পর "বাংলার বাণী" পত্রিকা মুক্তিযুদ্ধের উপর একটা দুর্লভ সংকলন বের করেছিল; দুষ্প্রাপ্য অনেক ছবি আর ঘটনার বিবরণ আছে তাতে। ওটা দেখেই বড় হয়েছি আমি। যত্ন করে বাসার আলমারীতে এখনো তুলে রাখা আছে। যতবার দেখি, গা শিহরিত হয়।

অতি সাধু উদ্যোগ। ছোট্টো একটি সতর্কতা। যেহেতু এটি একটি সমবেত কর্ম, এখানে ডুপ্লিকেশনের সম্ভাবনা থেকে যাবে। এগুলিকে বর্ণানুক্রমিকভাবে (বাংলা ও ইংরেজি দুটোই) সাজানো দরকার। আমাদের টেকিরা এ বিষয়ে কিছু করতে পারলে ভালো, নাহলে হাতে ধরে ধরে করতে হবে।
আরেকটি বিষয়: এগুলি শ্রেণীভুক্ত (ইতিহাস, দলিল, স্মৃতিকথা, সংবাদপত্র ও সাময়িকী রিপোর্ট ইত্যাদি) হওয়াও দরকার।
দরকার হরে জানাবেন, যতোদূর পারি সাহায্য করবো।

জুবায়ের ভাই, ধন্যবাদ আপনার পরামর্শের জন্য। আসলেই এই ক্ষেত্রে ডুপ্লিকেট হওয়ার সম্ভাবনা আছে, কিন্তু বিক্ষিপ্ত ভাবে শুরু হওয়া এই প্রচেষ্টা গুলোর সামগ্রিক সমষ্টিটা অবশেষে ভালো হবে।
অনেক কিছুরই রেফারেন্স টানতে পারিনা বলে বিস্তারিত উইকিপিডিয়াতে যোগ করতে পারছিনা - এটা বড় আফসোস। বুদ্ধিজীবী হত্যার উপরে ইন্টারনেটে সার্চ দিলে কিছুই পাইনা বলতে গেলে ... বাংলাদেশের বাইরে একাডেমিক রিসার্চ বা বইতে এই ব্যাপারে কি কি আছে তা জানতে পারলে সেটা খুব কাজ দিতো। বুদ্ধিজীবী হত্যার ব্যাপারটা এতোই অবিশ্বাস্য আর নৃশংস যে, পশ্চিমারা অনেকেই বিশ্বাস করতে পারেনা এর ভয়াবহতা। উইকিপিডিয়াতে যেহেতু সব তথ্যের রেফারেন্স চাওয়া হয়, সেজন্য পাকিস্তানীরা প্রায়ই এর 3rd party রেফারেন্স দাবি করে থাকে। এই আজকেই এক পাকিস্তানী ট্রোল বুদ্ধিজীবী হত্যার ব্যাপারে সন্দেহ প্রকাশ করে রেফারেন্স দাবি করছে ... আমার কাছে বাংলাপিডিয়ার খন্ডিত ও সংক্ষিপ্ত নিবন্ধ ছাড়া আর কোনো রেফারেন্স নেই। বাংলাদেশী পত্র পত্রিকার লেখাকে রেফারেন্স টানাটা একটু খেলো হয়ে যায় ... আমার প্রয়োজন একাডেমিক গবেষণাপত্র, বা কারো লেখা বইয়ের থেকে রেফারেন্স। (বিশেষত বুদ্ধিজীবী হত্যার রেফারেন্সটা খুব জরুরী ভাবে দরকার)।

The Anderson Papers এর রেফারেন্স দেখেছি অনেক বইয়ে, ১৯৭১ নিয়ে নিক্সন-কিসিঞ্জারদের ভূমিকা নিয়ে লেখা খুব ডিটেইলড লিটারেচার। ১৯৭২ সালে জ্যাক অ্যান্ডারসন তাঁর দুঃসাহসিক রিপোর্টিঙের জন্য পুলিৎজার পুরস্কার পেয়েছিলেন।

ভালো আইডিয়া। আমি নেক্সট টাইম দেশে গেলে ওটা স্ক্যান করে আপলোড করব। শেষবার যখন দেখেছিলাম, তখনই ওটা বার্ধক্যজনিত কারণে (মনে হয় সঠিক রক্ষণাবেক্ষণের অভাবে; পুরনো নিউজপ্রিন্ট হয়ত আলাদা কেয়ার দরকার) হলুদ, ঝরঝরে ছিল। আশা করি, ওটা এখনো স্ক্যান করার মত সুস্থ, সবল আছে।
