Jamaat's premeditated attack on Police

Radical Islamist supporting the political group "Jaamat e Islam" rebelled against the Shahbagh uprising today. Clashes with the police injured many including media and newscasters. Islamist flooded the streets of Dhaka after the Friday prayers to vandalize and burn vehicles in protest of the movement for capital punishment for 1971 war criminals. Similar clashes also took place in various districts including Chittagong, Sylhet, Rajshahi. Ganajagaran Manchas in the port city and Sylhet were also attacked.They are justifying why they should be banned immediately.

It's been for the recent year that how the police forces being attacked and brutally tortured by the Jamat-Shibir and their associates. I agree with the author- it's something Jamat/Shibir has been establishing that they should be banned immediately.

Police was the first line of Bengali defense against the Pakistani planned genocide on 25th March, 1971. It's no wonder that the collaborators from 1971 will revisit their original plan. I strongly urge to Bangladesh government to give clear directions and necessary permission to the police force to protect themselves against the genocidal Jamaat-Shibir armed cadres.
